The History of the Women’s Auxiliary

The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary in Palm Beach County was founded in 1989 by Charlotte Sinclair. For the past 37 years, this dedicated group of women has faithfully hosted the Hearts of Gold fundraiser, providing vital support to the Northwest Community Center, the Lake Worth and West Palm Beach Corps, sending children to a one week camp at Camp Keystone in Starke, Florida, the Center of Hope, and families in need throughout our community. rough their continued commitment, the Auxiliary has also helped bring hope and joy to children through e Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program.
