Respite Program
The Respite Care program provides shelter for up to 20 medically needy homeless individuals while their health concerns are stabilized. The program serves single men and women who are self-care, have an acute medical condition and need 24-hour shelter. Each resident works individually with a nurse and a social worker to develop a case plan focused on improving their medical condition and resolving their homelessness.

- Transportation Assistance
